Evolve it via moon stone, watch out, after it evolves it won't learn any more moves, so evolve carefully...

it does damage and can paralyze. nidoking learns thrash.

nidoqueen:bodyslam lv.23
nidoking:thrash lv.23.

its all a matter of preference. if you would like bodyslam more than bite, fury swipes, and double kick then go for it but since body slam is a tm (on ss anne)I would wait awhile

Before I answer your question, a point about online etiquette - please don't type messages in all capitals. It's difficult to read, and is generally interpreted as "shouting".

As for when to evolve Nidorina - there's no right or wrong answer, but I'd personally evolve her before L23 to ensure that she learns Body Slam. It's a great move, and will prove to be an asset to your Nidoqueen.

Don't worry that Nidoqueen doesn't learn any other moves naturally. You can load her up with TMs. She's very versatile.

Well, given that both are around on both versions in plentitude, and Nidorina is less valuable in most situations, and Chansey is harder to find, I'd say yes.
