Okay...I'm starting my own PkMn league...

I need 5 GYM leaders for the US. I also need GYM leaders for other countries.

Okay...I'm Reping for Region 1 in the USA. I need GYM leaders for Regions 2-5. (I will post a map of these Regions tomorrow.)

Once I get my GYM leaders, I need Secondary GYM leaders, which will be in a certain area. The "GYM Leaders" will be one rank above "Secondary" GYM leaders...

Now..I need a group of "Elite" members...

I'm part of the "Elite" group. Each of us will Rep for our Country.

I will Rep for the USA.
I need 3 more peeps from other countries to be an "Elite" member. You must be GOOD at Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow/Gold/Silver to become an Elite member.

So...Here is what the USA has so far...

Elite member: Me
Gym Leaders needed: 4 More (Four more Regions)
Secondary Gym Leaders needed: 10 more(2 per Region)

We also need four more countries w/Elite members!

Lets just say you are from the UK...

Elite member: None Yet
Gym Leaders needed: 5 more. (5 Regions)
Secondary GYM leaders needed: 10 more (2 per Region.)

Does this make any sense? I will be posting rules and Region maps tomorrow.

Does being a GYM leader mean the same thing in this proposed league as it would in the game? i.e. Must use some sort of a themed team...?

Shey, how would people, uh, battle us? Would we use Crystal+Phone, or have them come meet us and stay for lunch sort of thing? Jest curious. And R/B/Y or G/S? Probably latter...m'kay. That's all I questions have currently.

Hopefully, there will be a new PBS up...

If someone makes a RBY and a GS PBS, then we can battle either way. But, if there is only a G/S PBS...then G/S only...

When Crystel comes out...we can battle that way!

I have to be honest. I wasn't that good until recently but I now think I'm quite good and have a good team. I am very good at R/R/Y though. Also who else is from UK? There might not be many.

I'm from the UK. I'd be great at Crystal battles, but I'd probably run up a bill of about £5,000,000,000 in the first few days of battling. I'll be a UK Elite member.
I'm so hot at Pokémon, you need Asbestos gloves to touch me.

Are the Regions the same as DVD Regions? That sounds like what they are, USA = R1, etc.

Africa, N. America, S. America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Antartica.

Each continent has an Elite Gym leader. You DO NOT have to be from a certain continent to Rep for it.
Each continent has 5 Gym Leaders. If someone defeats all of those Gym Leaders, they can challenge the "Elite Gym Leader".

Once you defeat an "Elite Gym Leader", you can now go onto another continent.

If you lose to a Gym Leader/Elite Gym Leader, you can rechallenge them once every week, depending on the Gym Leader's/Elite Gym Leader's schedule.

You can fight up to 5 Gym Leaders per week, and 1 Elite Gym Leader per week.

If you defeat ALL 7 continents, you can take on the "Ultima Four".

You can fight an "Ultima Four Trainer" once every week. You must wait one week (7 days) until you advance onto a new "Ultima Four" trainer.

If you lose to an Ultima Four trainer, you can rechallenge them 3 more times. (3 times per person.). If you lose 3 times, you must wait until next season (one month).

There are two Seasons.
Season One.
You must battle North America, South America, Africa, and Europe.

Season Two.
You must battle Antartica, Australia, and Asia. You get a one week break before battling the Ultima Four.

Okay, so, how does this sound so far? I think this is a better way...

I can do anything in the Texas area. Also I travel frequently to Mexico and El Salvador if that counts for anything. I am forming a Texas Pokémon League though. I think that every state should have a League with every major city having a gym leader. That's how I was planning on doing in this TPL but I'll join this too.

Hmm, I was wondering if I could possibly be eligible for the spot of gym leader in Canada. Here are my qualities:

- Proud Canadian, who would like to represent Canada if applicable. Either that, or whatever is available ( from what i hear there is something available. )

- No longer occupied with any other games ( finished with Diablo 2 for now... maybe i'll get back into it when 1.04 comes out, if it ever does... ), can devote time to being Gym Leader.

- Good knowledge of Pokemon in general, Loves to fight battles, very good at them too ( too me, this is like playing a quick game of chess, or a game of SC:BW! )

- Loves to try to experiment with new idea's, see if they work.

-Would like to actually give back some to the Pkmn community, as i've learned so much. I'd like to be apart of something now.

-Friendly, Helpful to others, and could possibly be a great asset to this league.

Now, some of you may know me, some of you may not, but I will say that i have spent a good chunk of time on PBS ( when it was alive ), Learning diffferent strategies, and even some innovative ones ( some successful, some failing. )
I hope you take me into consideration.

You don't [b]have[b/] to learn HTML. Although it is a very benificial skill to take the time to learn it is not nesicary. You could get a Geocities page and use their page builder program it's easy and user friendly.

I built my site using Microsoft Publisher, and its hosted at this place where you can add HTML fragments which is good.........
I don't really know how to do HTML but I do know where to put the slash in the closing brackets....
