You were intending to baton pass double team with Aipom to Politoed for some OHKOing? It's very difficult to suggest something without movesets as I can't tell what you have in mind for the rest of the team.

its probably best to ignore my initial post.
Unless anyone just wants to suggest a pokemon that they like.
not including movesets.
I'm sure there are cool pokemon which i have always overlooked.
This topic is foolish because it is not about strategy at all, i'm just after a new way of looking at things.

A Grass type can wipe out your team without batting a proverbial eyelash. Knowing your movesets or not, having 3 Pokemon weak to grass, one of those with a 4x weakness, a Pokemon who's TBolts are decent at best (and can be resisted by Grass), and an...Aipom... is a bad thing.

If you're seriously going to stick with this team, get a Fire Type.

How about a standard Houndoom to cover your grass weakness?

Houndoom @ Miracle/Mysterious Seed (it's the item that boosts grass attacks)

i now have a muk, (with fireblast).
this increases my ground weakness but nevermind.
Does anyone remember the tv show Wizbit ? With dwarf magician Paul Daniels.
In that there was a big purple polluted slime monster called 'squidgy bog'
that is the name of my muk.

In case you haven't noticed, topics that simply ask for Pokemon never work.

You really should drop some of those grass weaknesses, even if you do have a Muk with Fire Blast. That just gives you an extra Ground weakness.

Hell, get a Dragonite or a Skarmory.

...or a Pidgey.
