Hi hi hi, some of you may know me from PD, some may not, and could certainly care less. I've watched Azure from afar for over a year now. Either way, I've got a pregunta that hasn't been answered as of yet in this topic concerning official celebi crap:
Basically, it's been established that the DV's are random, the OT# goes up with each download, and the OT name is FLAGSE, or FLAGSB, A, C, D, whatever. However, one thing remains as to whether this would be all you need to make an official Celebi.

The machine is simple. Your Pokémon Game Pack is put in like going into a Gameboy or a Transfer Pack, then it transfers the data to your game exactly like Pokémon Stadium does when you use the PC and move a Pokémon onto your game, really.
So if the machine you receive a Celebi from is like Stadium, then what of it's place of origin that the Pokéseer would be able to tell.
When I put my baton passing Farfetch'd onto my crystal, it's area, time of day, and level were all ?????. Would the Celebi you receive be the same? Or would it not have an origin at all like pokémon from RBY-GS?
If anyone knows, let me know, so all can know know know!

Well since its traded....the Pokeseer won't tell you where you caught it because its traded. It doesn't work on traded pokemon, it only works on pokemon you've caught in Crystal.

Well sure, it is traded, but when you trade with trainers in the game, their origin will come up on stadium as ?????.
Anyone who has Stadium 2 and an official celebi from NOA should be able to check.

Okay, I checked the Celebi I got from Six Flags on my Crystal Cart. I never took it out of its box, never traded it, never did anything to it. It's been on ice for five months now.
Anyway, I looked it over with Stadium 2, and yep, Encounter Time and Location are both ??????. It does seem to keep track of the initial level, however (since I haven't and I'm not going to level it up, I can't confirm this).

Ok thanks Burr, that answers my question.
I suppose that negates my creating an official Celebi unless I change a pokémon I have that has the ????? origin stuff into Celebi.
So what level was your on?

They start at level 5.

Well, by 'creating' an official Celebi, I assume you mean using Gameshark...and just to let you know, it's possible to give a Celebi the ????? for that information rather than take something with that already and modifying it.

Danke, all. Just as you mentioned that Dark Lugia, I found the way myself. Thanks anyhow. Toodles then.
