Does anyone have an actual equation for how the base powers of these two moves work? It would be very interesting to see.

But as how there is no real way to guage happiness, there probably is no equation.

I'm really just interested in the actual equation itself. There probably isn't one. They probably found the min and max power of Return and Frustration by using it ten times against a nuetral opponent, and using the damage data to work backwards in the damage calculation equation to get a rough estimate of the base damage value. That would explain the "102", which is a very strange value.
