I don't know if this was asked before, but I really need it for a project of mine: is there any formula that will tell me how much stat points I get with X stat exp at Y level?

For example, I'd like to know how much points I get at level 100, with 32,400 stat exp. And that's it.

However, I've checked Marcus Majarra's doc, Necrosaro's site, this site (including the Research Lab), and the English TeamPA. Since I can't understand a word of Japanese, I haven't been able to check the Japanese TeamPA.

Can anyone help me?

I thought Necro had the formulae on his "Stats Explained" pages.

But the Pokemon's level doesn't enter into it. I believe it just adds the defeated Pokemon's raw stat scores (also available on Necro's site) to your current stat exp totals.

Not sure, tho.

Thanks, Mr. K, but no, I think you got it wrong. I'll explain again.

I suppose most of you know Marcus Majarra's formula:

ƒ SE = 64(50 × SP ÷ Level)² - 16(50 × SP ÷ Level) + 2

See? Well, that way I can know how much SE I'll need to earn X stat points at Y level. But I need a different one. I need one that will tell me how many Stat Points I got with X Stat Exp at Y level.

I've been trying to change this formula and make it work the way I want it to work, but I'm only in 9th grade, and I have no idea.

Any suggestions?

x = (16 + sqrt(256y-256))/128

using the little mathematical trick called completing the square. x and y are the two variables.

I thought you learn completing the square in grade 9.
