The beatbox harmonica thing probably isn't that difficult to do as long as you're decent at harmonica. I'd assume you do it the same way that you sing while playing the flute, which is not hard at all after experimenting with it for a few minutes. I mean, sometimes I can beatbox and sing a song at the same time. It can't be all that difficult to do what that guy was doing.
