At school we always used to have them for indoor P.E. to make sure our feet didn't get hurt on the floor. But, in retrospect, more people got hurt tripping on the edge of them than would have on the floor anyhow. But just thinking about primary school I think of all those little things and I really miss them.
They aren't kidding when they say school is some of the best years of your life. But I much preferred primary school (age 4 through 11) because it was just all so new back then. I would learn about egyptians or something and it would all be new. These days all that's new is a more complicated idea or theory, nothing seems original any more.
And just playing sport with your mates all break every break was so great, no matter if you were shit, everyone was. There was no acting big or impressing the girls (at least not until towards the end) it was just everyone trying to have a good time. Bulldog and football (soccer) were the best things we had back then and I miss them so.
To bring forth romantic nostalgia about one's youth while still, some might say, somewhat engulfed in it may seem a tad silly. But personally I believe we should relive the best moments of our life as often as possible.
And I didn't think a sex topic would be appreciated.

The problem with the note mats is that they don't give you enough octaves.
Right now, I've got the opening strain of Super Mario (E-E-E-low C-E-G), but I wanted something cooler.
I actually spent about 15 minutes getting the entire Song of Storms into 15 mats, until I realised that although the song is only 5 notes, they're spread across two octaves. ![[Frown]](frown.gif)
