I think Lumines is the only good game on PSP. At least, that's what my brother and myself agree upon. If you get a PSP, you need to pick it up. Otherwise, I don't really see other games that are really amazing to pick up for PSP. It's the same thing for the DS, except one is a port, so it really doesn't count. Kirby Canvas Curse is where it's at.. But, you're not talking about a DS so I'll shush now.
Oh, but you can put movies, music, programs (even emulators, which only took about two weeks after the PSP's release to make). Though, getting the stuff to place things into the PSP's memory card/etc. is annoying because you have to buy PSP only Memory Sticks and you have to find the right programs. There's also that detail of getting the proper plug to connect the PSP to your computer.
PSP does have an amazing screen/sound if you couldn't tell. Then again, it puts out in two hours.

That would be a rather standard USB cable, if I am correct.
