Yeegh, harlequin fetus is nasty. I was having a conversation with my friends about disgusting Internet pictures and I had to describe to them what a harlequin fetus was. "Yeah it's when a baby is lacking some enzyme so their skin is all waxy and cracks and bleeds and turns scaly and their eyes are just red bags of blood and they have no lips."
I've seen this collage of disgusting pictures posted on a few forums, had goatse and tubgirl and harlequin fetus and various rotting/diseased/injured body parts. Anyone have it or know what it's called?
