There are many people out there who claim to have the ultimate Pokémon, the all-time killing (fainting) machine. What's yours? Besides Mewtwo and Mew of course. What is required in the "Perfect Pokémon?" Is there a "Perfect Pokémon?" Ok, there probably isn't. Everything falls to something. In that case what is your best Pokémon, the one that is the backbone of your team, and what is the moveset? Me, I would have to go with a Tauros. The moves are interchangable.

Double Team/Thunder Wave
Thunderbolt/Ice Beam
Body Slam/Swift/Mega Kick/Earthquake
Horn Drill

Double Team if your opponent doesn't have many Swift-users, Thunder Wave if he relies on speed or One Hitters.
Thunderbolt/Ice Beam as a backup in case physical moves aren't cutting it. (Don't rely on special moves with a Tauros.)
Body Slam if you're in for a long fight. Swift if you opponent has too many Double Teams, Mega Kick if it's a 3on3, Earthquake if they rely on Lightning.
Horn Drill could be switched with one of the moves from the above moves if you aren't feeling lucky.
So, what's yours?

mine would be Jolteon with

T-bolt
Focus energy
D-team
rest
(for statium)

and

T-bolt
D-team
Rest
T-wave
(For GB)

He can plow through almost any team and has never let me down. I tousualy use him against Mewtwo.

------------------
Jolteons the best!
T-bolt
T-wave
Focus energy
Toxic

*ZAP sent out Jolteon*
*out comes mewtwo*
*Toxic*
*focus energy*
*T-bolt*
*T-bolt*
*mewtwo fanted*

I'm pretty sure Tauros can't learn thunderwave/megakick/swift.

Anyway, I don't think their is an "ultimate pokemon". Every pokemon has a counter to it, the idea is that your opponent just won't have the needed counter to that particular pokemon moveset.

Kinda like Tobybro, fairly easily defeated by Victreebel/Vensaur... if it's actually on your opponents team. Conversely, Victreebel/Vensaur users might be suprised if the before mentioned Tobybro whipped out an Icebeam attack instead of surf.

Oh well.

And where did we get that particular moveset for Tauros? Oh that's right! We stole that from StarCaliber and Biffster. Shame on you, TeeJay. And yeah, Whoomp is right. Tauros cannot learn some of those moves that you suggested for it. If it did, mine would most definitely be outfitted with Thunder Wave.

And again, Whoomp is most wise. There is no perfect Pokemon. Too many counters. My goal is to have a team that can efficiently deal with anything.

Yep TeeJays idea was stolen from Starcaliber and me. Only an idiot would put a move like thunderbolt or ice beam on a tauros. The only reason teejay is posting this is because he wants to copy u now. Let him figure it out on his own. You can't be his mother

My Alakazam (the allmighty Telepath) has never let me down before...

Psychic
Seismic Toss
Recover
Reflect

Psychic away, as his high special deals all sorts of damage.
Toss is for annoyances like Jynx or Slowpoke/bro.
Recover if he's nearing death (and not before, for an extra pychic is better then having max health)
Reflect for those annoying offensive types that might try to take advantage of his low defence.

Sadly, he's been erased when my game got deleted (sigh ) But he will reign again!

My bad. I got carried away when mentioning moves without bothering to look up those moves... Shame on me. And does it really matter that I took a moveset from someone? No. I won't mention the Snorlaxes and Body Slam strategy SC and Biff seemed to have after I showed mine off. And I wouldn't say that moveset was yours, either, considering they made their debut this week and last, long after MANY Tauros have appeared. Also, lets think of Tauros as Rock.
"Good ol' Rock, nuthin beats Rock..."
And Biffster, are you my mommy?

My Pokemon that never lets me down are Slowbro and Starmie. Since Slowbro learns Amnesia, and Starmie learns Lightscreen, Electric and Grass attacks really don't hurt them bad, meaning no weaknesses!

Damnit teeGAY, Your snorlax didnt even have the same moves as mine. I had body slam before you Cough::vaporeon::Cough. I came up with that move set for tauros before i asked about it here....why did yours appear shortly after mines debut. Tauros dies after 1 maybe 2 hits with a type bonus special hit

And teegay, thats the shit that i hate about you (next time you wont get off so easy) thats not a threat, its a promise huh huh hee

Righhhhhhhhtttttttt. If you have something personal to say, why don't you talk to me at school instead of making these poor people eyesore by reading it.

I was repling to what YOU said. If anyone else has an opinion on this topic, please put teegay in his place. I dont think that it is just me.

reasons to not talk to teejay at school
1)tries to be cool (all the time)
2)loud and annoying
3)i only have 1 class with him
4)i need to pay attention in that one...
5)i have better things to do (pokemon notes)
6)Mona is so interesting
7)Starcaliber is in that class
and many more.....

I dont want to make these poor people eyesore.

Hehe...this message board is turning into more of an argument board than anything else. But yeah, me and Biffster are in the same Biology class as Teegay, and our teacher's first name is Mona...damn that is a hard class, and if we're gonna screw ourselves over by no paying attention, it damn well better be by writing Pokemon strategies and talking about them...NOT arguing about stolen movesets with Teejay.

Speaking of which, me and Robbie recently pounded TeeJay ass and are now ahead of him in our local ladder. I'm thinking about posting our battle as a war story...

But a perfect Pokemon? Man what a crappy topic. Sounds like someone just wanted a flaming folder, but couldn't think of a good topic. Huh huh HEE!!!

Hi everyone. I'm new here on the forum. This site rocks! Anyway, my favorite Pokémon is definitely Snorlax. His moves are:

Rest
Anmesia
Body Slam
Double Team

He has killed a lot of Mewtwos before.
Hey Biffster and Star, I don't know what your problem is, but it looks like TeeJay hasn't done anything wrong, he's just posting messages. I think you guys should lay off of him.

Jolteon lvl 50, with this moveset:

Pin Missile
Double Kick
Agility
Thundershock

Ground and Rock are it's only weaknesses!

Take down Psychics with Pin Missile, Normals with Double Kick, and Water/Flying with Thundershock. Jam some Carbos down its throat and good-bye everybody!
