Counter or Substitute might work better than Blizzard seeing how, as mentioned above, Wiggly's special is atrocious. Other than that, pretty good.

The default condition in tourneys is Wiggly uses Body Slam against a high-Special, lower-Defense Pokemon.

So, Body Slam is just about always the answer. Defense Curl takes a while to get going and you're typically fighting guys who are not hitting on Wiggly's Defense anyway, so I don't think DC is necessary.

As for the second attack, you have to look at who Wiggly has problems with. Rock Pokemon, Ghost Pokemon and guys like Cloyster.

Blizzard is good vs. Rock/Ground and doesn't suck vs. Ghost with its chance to freeze. Seismic Toss might not be a bad option either.

I'd suggest replacing DC with something that would help you while Resting...probably Double Team...altho I don't personally like it.

Would this be any good?
Hyper beam + 1.5x bonus.
Thunderwave - gain speed advantage
Double team - max evade
Rest - gain all hp back after max DT.

Might be OK, but having Hyper Beam as your primary attack is a littly dicey.

Body Slam does more damage in 2 turns, has the free PAR chance, and has more PP.

That still leaves you screwed vs. Gengar and tough Defense Pokemon, so it's up to you whether you want to be able to deal with them or be more defensive in the general case.

You don't get bonuses on normal attacks.

2 Strengths (or keeping body slams) are better than one HB.

Yes, you do.

Body Slam is better than Strength. If you want 2 Normal attacks, I'd go for Hyper Beam and Body Slam or Double-Edge.

Body Slam and Double-Edge are similar enough that you should probably pick your favorite and go with that.

Seismic Toss isn't a bad option for dealing with high Defense guys/Ghosts, either.

Yep, I like that. It depends what you want. Hardly anyone in our area uses ghosts or rocks, so one normal attack will suffice...

I would go for...

-body slam
-substitute
-double team
-rest
>--Hard to kill, especially if you can paralyse them as well with body slam...or...

-double edge
-thunderwave
-double team
-rest
>--if you must have the paralysis... personally I would thunderwave everything before with an electric first...

I prefer the top one though, it would be an absolute b!tch to kill...

Well, Wig stats aren`t great but here is my moveset for him:

B-Slam -> Like Mr.K said, for high Special poke with low Def.

Toss -> He can`t deal good damage with Special/Physical attacks so Toss is his best choice.

T-Wave -> So you can attack faster.

Double Team

I'm not sure, I'd like rest on it to regain its hp....what's a wiggly without rest? That's like a parasect without spore!

I agree. Double team without a recovery move seems silly to me.
