Water has high hitpoins, fire has high attack and electricity has the speed, but what has evil and psychic (blacky and eefee).
if it were R/B/Y Eefi would have high special, but since its G/S i bet it´s special defense, while blacky will have special attack, but i dont know, i´m just guessing.
So... what high stats does eefi and blacky have?
Thanks in advance

Necrosis-what ever's page has the details, but basically:

Blacky is super defence (special + regular), but slow and low attack (both).

Eefee is fast with high special attack. I think it has low defense, but I do not remember for sure.

Burakki is the Evil types name- It has High special Def and Def. It'll probably be widely used as a staller.

I think Eefee is like a Flaereon cept Specattack for reg attack
