.....most people use blissey as a heal beller...but i wanted a good physical attacking pokemon with heal bell....so i chose miltank:
Miltank@leftovers/brightpowder
healbell
milk drink
stomp/earthquake
bodyslam
I'm really wanting to teach this thing stomp for a paraflinch....but if i'm down to it as my last one against a rock/ghost then i'm screwed... ![[Frown]](frown.gif)

Use Earthquake and Leftovers. Should work well, though I've never even used a Heal Beller.

Miltank is a good heal beller, I use her sometimes.

What the heck kind of question is that, is Miltank a good Heal Beller.
That's the main purpose OF a Miltank! What else do you expect it to do?

Miltank is an excellent healbeller. There are also many moveset's for it. Try cursetank, Zap Cannon Tank, Rollout tank, Attractank, and many more.

I've faced some pretty powerful Miltanks that had no use for Heal Bell whatsoever.

If you want to use Miltank without Heal Bell, think of it as Kangaskhan minus RBY TMs with a recovery move.
If you want to use Miltank with Heal Bell, then realise that it was way more popular than Blissey until the metagame shifted to allow special attackers back into the fold.
