I like to use:

Jynx @ leftovers/?focus band?
Mean Look
Lovely Kiss
Perish Song
Dream Eater

Trap, Sleep, Perish song, then Dream Eater to recover HP.

Ice_Beam/Psychic/Substitute/Lovely_kiss

Sleep them, hopefully they switch and you can pull off a free substitute. You now have a free attack with that huge special stat with 2 Stabbed moves. Miracleberry works because Jynx has very low staying power anyways, but after a substitute you won't recover hp, so use wisely. Leftovers works aswell, but if the opposing pokemon is faster than you, you might get paralysed or whatnot. But this works well.

Jynx are nasty,(my frends regerly defted me until i started using a sleep talking Arcanine) maby this moveset

Jynx bright powder (it not going to last long if it gets hit)
Dream eater
lovly kiss
mean look (can learn right)
ice beam

lovly kiss then mean look, lovey kiss if they switch dreameater/ice beam them

I liked the perish trapper idea. And would attract
be a good move to teach it also since it's the only female pokemon on my team and it does'nt have much staying power???

i would give it lovely kiss as it is one of the most reliby sleep moves and devertating espscerly with mean look(my team will agree with this)

Twisted Spoon might not help a LOT but an extra 10% could save you. 100 dmg Stab W/ 10% item is BIG dmg 165 base and it recovers half so its like leftovers and a Strong attack in one. Perish trapping is EVIL Mean Look, Lovely Kiss, Perish Song, DE, DE, DE switch
