Does the Game have any Extra Text(I was thinking that they mightv'e left the text of the bit where you get Mew in the Japanesse versions).

I don't know if there's any Mew text, but I've seen hiragana and katakana (Japanese writing) symbols here and there in a Missingno'd Hall of Fame.

There is text where you're given 5 or ten Poké Balls. Anyone know where this is in the game? I can't find it anywhere in Red, Green, Blue, nor Yellow, though thought that I had seen it in the game before.

Additionally, MEW is NOT available in any of the Japanese versions except for glitches in the Red/Green where you confuse the game.

While on the same topic I was thinking of the same thing with sound,areas and Possibly Missing Pokémon?

That's probably when yo go into the safari zone with less than 500 pokedollars. If you bug the attendant enougth, he'll let you in, but not give you as many safari balls. This was probably so you could get surf/strength if you had no way of getting money (You've beaten all the trainers, can't get Pay Daay)
