I think that the use of images should be like unlimited (or at least higher than 8) small images. Meaning 15×15 pixels (that's what the smilies and message icons are.) Then 4 16×16-50×50 pixel images and one or 2 larger than 51×51. Can you do that?

Also about sigs...

Can you make it where sigs are limited to 5 lines?

Just give up. They will NEVER allow pictures in sigs. I'm tired of hearing this over and over.

Thats the second thread this week. Scyther, why must you be so thick-headed? Images suck, IMO. Text is all you need.

The Image Size would be fun though, but...

I don't think alot of us pay attension to image size or the like.

That and I don't think UBB's can do such a thing.

I said small (15×15 pixels (Smilie size)) images should be unlimited. And I never said anything about images in sigs. I just think sigs should be limited to 5 lines.

The answer is no and will always be no.

The only change I might consider is eliminating smilies and images all together.

You simply do not need images to make a point in a forum.

If you want to use tons of images, go somewhere else. Might I suggest UPN?

Keep asking and I'll lower the number of smilies allowed each time.

With unlimited images in the sig, things can get problematic. I'm pretty sure that there is some overhead when sending even a single file, and the page would forever to load even with just small images.

That and the fact that some asshole would just make a tiny image that claims to be the right size but is really really big or something, just to show how cool he is for "XPLoiTiNG Da HeaDa!!!" or something.

Maybe GIFs and JPGs have good checking. I don't know. I've never cared to check.

Anyway, it would make things sillier.
