I only know for sure they were legal in R/B/Y days...as using Pre-Poisoned or Pre-Paralyzed Pokemon back then was a risky yet rewarding way to protect your Pokemon from being Frozen by Ice Beam.

Were they legal in Stadium 1? How about G/S/C? How about Stadium 2? Most importantly, is it still legal in Ru/Sa...or Colosseum?
