Well, ok, I know they don't care about PR anyway since people'll buy Evanescence and Matchbox 20 regardless. But man, is this lousy and underhanded.
Edit: Here's some choice bits for the tl;dr krew.

People in the hood don’t have the money to buy a real CD. And they are the only ones that will buy a real CD out of respect to the artist.
And I’m not worried, since I don’t like to leave the house. I’m never gonna buy from a bootlegger when I can just DL from my home. Sucks that the library does not have some delivery service to my house, then I’d read books more often.
