Remarks: I am a Christian. Just recently I have started looking for answers to age-old questions. Some I have found. Others, I now know, can only be answered in my heart...by me. The person I was and the person I am now are like night and da y. I live by a lot of simplistics. " If you really truly love something, let it go. If it comes back to you, it's your's forever, if it doesn't, it was never your's to begin with." I have practiced that too many times in the past month or so. There a re just too many variables in my life right now. I'm about to enter the lion's den, into the biggest fight I may ever have to endour. A fight perhaps, for my very life. One way or another, I will come out very different from the way I was before. It a ll centers, my life that is, on one person. Her name is Ibby. Only her touch can free me. Now I know, I must let it release me. Some fights, you just can't win. But I'll never stop fighting. If it destroys me, I will change it. What "it" is, well, I've taken enough space already, this Gibran fellow has really helped me. Tell him I said thanx.

Remarks: I attended a wedding in Norway last weekend and heard one of the speakers read from The Prophet on Marriage. I find it difficult to express emotion, but it hit me straight in the heart. Two days ago I admitted to my wife that I was ha ving an affair. The reading helped me to decide that I must end the affair and rebuild my marriage. Neither of us believes it will be easy, but the words I heard last weekend will help. I will be forever indebted to a girl I will never meet again who r ead those words.
