Homework submission guidelines

Due time: Fridays 11:59PM

Please submit your homework through blackboard. If you do not know how to use blackboard to submit your work, please consult with the teaching assistants. Do this early enough, so you will not have any issues the last day the homework is due. Your homework may consist of one or more files, depending on the specific homework requirements. Each file should have the following format:

<LastName_FirstName>.hw<XX>.file<Y>.<file-ending>

where <LastName_FirstName> should be substituted by your last name followed by your first name and separated by an underscore “_” character. <XX> should be substituted by the homework two digit index (for example, for this first homework the index is “01”). <Y> should be the index of the file, for the first file you submit it should be “1”, for the second “2”, etc. The <file-ending> will depend on the file type, if it is an MS Word document for example, it should be “doc” or “docx”, if it is an acrobat reader file, it should be “pdf”, etc.

If you are ill or, due to unforeseen circumstances, you need more time, please inform Adam in a timely manner so that he can make alternative arrangements for you. Late submissions will be accepted for one week with 10% deduction for each late day.
