| College of Arts and Sciences B.A.: Mathematics Requirements |
The Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) from the College of Arts and Sciences requires 3 to 6 credits in Mathematics. B.A. degree candidates who do not place out of MTH 101 must take MTH 101 or MTH 107 during their first year in the college. In addition, all B.A. degree candidates must take one of the following MTH courses:

The Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) from the College of Arts and Sciences requires 11 to 12 credits consisting of one of the following pairs of calculus courses:
and either of the following:
- one semester of a computer course approved by the major.
- one semester of a statistics course approved by the major.
