List of Application Materials

• The application form, which can filled out online or you may request an application

• The application fee of $50.00 (payable to the University of Miami)

• 3 letters of recommendation (or more)

• Official transcripts from all undergraduate institutions attended (including exchange student study).

• GRE General test (Graduate Record Examination) score(s) (required)
  GRE Mathematics subject test is optional

• TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) for students whose native language is not English, including those applying for transfer from U.S. institutions
  Applicants who submit a TOEFL score of at least 550 on the paper-based test, or 213 on the computer-based test, will not be required to take any courses in English as a second language.

To be considered for funding, all application material for admission and financial aid should be submitted by January 15.

Note that the GRE test scores can be at most 5 year old. Please plan your GRE test dates so that the scores will be reported in time for the January deadline!
