Fee Categories:

A. The registration fee for the workshop is $200. This fee includes lunch each day of the workshop, transportation between the Doubletree and the Rosentstiel campus, and an early evening reception on Saturday January 8th.

B. Spouses or guests of conference participants are invited to join us for lunch. Cost for lunch is $10/day.

C. There will be an optional workshop banquet to celebrate the start of the ITME. The banquet will be held at the Doubletree on Sunday, January 9th at 8:00pm. Cost is $50 per person.

D. The registration and banquet fees are waived for plenary speakers.
